Weyermann Dark Wheat Malt

German-grown top-quality wheat, signature malt for Bavarian Dunkelweizen and similar beers. Dark Wheat adds creaminess, body, and complex wheat flavours, as well as some colour to top-fermented beers. Up to 70% can be used in Bavarian-style Weizenbiers.
